We focus on three main facets of ancestral knowledge. Lua (hand to hand combat and weaponry), Lā’au lapa’au (natural medical heal), and Lomi (body therapy).  

We gather every Tuesday, at a location disclosed weekly, between 6:30 – 9:00 pm. Those who have completed a 48hr training are welcome to join. 

Anyone of native Hawaiian ancestry may enter the Pa, upon completion of a 48 hour basic training course. If interested, please feel free to contact us.
